Whey Aye WI wishes to celebrate the Centenary of the WI (in 2015) and our own 10th birthday (in 2016) by awarding a bursary to one of our members. BBC's 100 Women season

During October 2013 the BBC's 100 Women season will seek to shine a light on life for women in the 21st Century - the risks, challenges and opportunities they face every day, in every country.

The season will close with a conference on Friday 25 October when 100 women from around the world - some high-profile, many less well-known - will meet at the London HQ for a day of debate and interaction.

Request for WI advisors

Request for WI advisers. The Federation is looking for WI members who may be interested in becoming WI advisers. WI advisers provide support for WIs and serve on the membership support sub-committee which meets at Cresswell House on the 1st Tuesday of every month (except August) at 10am. Joanne has recently become a WI adviser so please talk to her if you’d like to know more about it.
