On Tuesday we were joined by Alma from the Keep Fit Association who lead an excellent session of exercise to music. After we'd done some gentle stretching, it was straight into the first routine, with a few clicks to the side here, a stretch to the right there and Bob's your uncle. We learned a number of routines during the evening - some more challenging than others - but all very enjoyable and choreographed by Alma to make the most of the varied tracks she played.
